Our cider is hand-pressed each autumn on a traditional rack and cloth cider press only using selected local Yorkshire apples. It is then left to ferment through the long Yorkshire winter before being bottled-conditioned in spring. Our cider contains a careful blend of over 50 varieties of apple and, unlike most ciders, it is unsulphited, unpasteurised and unfiltered. The end result is a refreshing dry sparkling Yorkshire cider that continues to develop its flavour in the bottle.

All our cider is sourced, pressed and bottled in North Yorkshire, making this a true Yorkshire cider – we don’t buy in apples from anywhere else!
